As we gear up for Pesach we are reminded that sometimes unforeseen circumstances come into play and there is nothing we can do but simply roll with them.
As many of you heard LAUSD will not be able to operate from Tuesday, March 21st - Thursday, March 23rd due to a planned strike. The cafeteria workers, groundskeepers, bus drivers, and administrative support will be on strike. Though LA unified teachers are not on strike, the LA superintendent has determined schools will not be able to operate without all these other essential employees on campus...

7TH GRADE VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY

In the spirit of doing Mitzvot and helping our 7th graders grow as leaders of our community, we would like to offer them the opportunity to volunteer and help us run Strike Camp, these hours can be counted toward their Community Service hours. Please encourage them to sign up HERE and we hope to see as many of them as possible.

Emily and I will be at VBS supporting Strike Camp and please note, ECLC will be held on Tuesday as scheduled.
