Elon Kviatkovsky
Elon Kviatkovsky
Director of Catering
A Los Angeles native, Elon Kviatkovsky discovered his passion for cooking at 16 years old at his first job at Brooklyn Pizza in Tarzana. He’s been working in restaurants and managing events ever since.
Following culinary school, Elon trained under Michelin Star Chef Josiah Citrin at Melisse in Santa Monica, CA and Chef Bill Braken at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills at the acclaimed Belvedere restaurant.
After working in the restaurant scene of Los Angeles, Elon got his start in events and large line cooking at Braemar Country Club, where he worked his way to become the head Banquet Chef. In 2005, Elon and his family opened up the sports bar and restaurant “The Rack” in Woodland Hills, where he served as the Head Chef/ Menu Creator oversaw all-of-house operations for nearly a decade.
After Restaurant life Elon decided to create Chef EZK catering est. 2013
Chef Elon served the community of post production meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Everything from private dinners and small parties to full dining services. B’nai Mitzvot and weddings at venues such as Stephen Wise Temple and all three campuses of Wilshire Blvd Temple. Equally matched with his skills in the kitchen is his ability to create a unique menu and experience each client is looking for. Elon, along with his wife Kim, are proud members of Valley Beth Shalom and parents of 2 children, Lila and Shay, who are current Valley Beth Shalom Day School students.
