Cantorial Trainee

We are delighted to welcome Jennifer Weiss to our musical team. Jennifer is an accomplished professional vocalist whose experience spans choral works, opera, musical theatre, new music, and session singing. Training under the supervision of our Senior Cantor Jackie Rafii, Jennifer will help bring rich Jewish prayer and educational experiences to the VBS community. Jennifer completed a B.A. in Theatre and Linguistics, with a minor in Music Composition and Theory, at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a dual M.M. in Voice Performance and Voice Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College. Jennifer is on the faculty at Citrus College, Pasadena Conservatory of Music, and California School of the Arts.
