Molly Mills
Molly Mills, MA ECE
ECC Director, Infant-Toddler & Family (ITFC) and Family Engagement
Molly is delighted to begin her 7th year at VBS. She is a highly accomplished and dedicated professional in early childhood education. She holds a Master's degree in early childhood education from American Jewish University and is pursuing her doctorate. Molly is a certified Infant Specialist with extensive and diverse training, including RIE Foundations. She specializes in helping families transition into preschool and brings a unique perspective to early childhood development, combining her experience and professional expertise. As one of the school’s directors, Molly’s work focuses on creating a warm and welcoming Infant Toddler & Family Center and building strong family engagement opportunities and relationships in her work with the synagogue and the ECC Parent Association. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, watching musical theater performances, and regularly attending yoga and pilates classes.
